Community Guidelines
Updated October 19, 2026
TouchGrass is for getting outside and getting stronger together. These guidelines apply to everything people can see: profiles, names and photos, events and their details, shared routines and programs, and how you treat people you meet through the app. They are part of our Terms of Service.
Not allowed
- Harassment and bullying. No insults, intimidation, unwanted contact, or targeting someone with abuse.
- Hate. No attacks on people for their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or other protected traits.
- Sexual content and nudity. No sexual content, nudity or sexual solicitation.
- Violence and threats. No threats, glorifying violence, or encouraging people to hurt themselves or others.
- Dangerous activities and illegal goods. No promoting reckless or dangerous activity, and no selling or arranging drugs, weapons or other illegal goods or services.
- Spam and scams. No fake events, misleading links, repetitive promotion, or attempts to get money or personal details.
- Impersonation. Don't pretend to be another person, brand or organization.
- Other people's private information. Don't share someone else's phone number, address, location or other private details without their permission.
- Anything that puts a child at risk. Zero tolerance. We remove it immediately, close the account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and the authorities.
Events and meetups
Describe events honestly, including the meeting place, difficulty and anything people should know to stay safe. Hosts should use a public meeting place and keep event details up to date. If you feel unsafe at an event, leave, and contact local emergency services if anyone is in danger.
Report or block
In the app, open the profile, event, routine or program and choose Report or block. Reporting tells our moderators; the person isn't told who reported them. Blocking is immediate: you won't see each other's events, routines or programs, find each other in search, or be able to send requests, and any friendship or RSVPs between you are removed. Manage blocks in Profile › Settings › Blocked people.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number first.
What happens after a report
We review reports within 24 hours, child-safety reports first. Content reported by several people, or reported as putting a child at risk, is hidden while we review it. Depending on what we find, we may leave it up, remove it, or suspend the account. Suspended accounts can't post, and their shared content is hidden. Repeated or serious violations lead to permanent removal.
If you think we got it wrong, email info@thedigitalohana.com and we will review it again.
